2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers on japebo.fr. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include all applicable taxes. No additional import duties or customs fees apply for domestic orders.

4. Payment Methods

You can securely pay using:

Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
Apple Pay
Google Pay
PayPal
Klarna (including pay later and installment options)

Payments are processed securely via our trusted third-party providers. We do not store any credit card information.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A binding purchase agreement is formed only when we dispatch your items and send a shipping confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within New Zealand via NZ Post tracked letter delivery (3–5 business days). Shipping costs and any free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout.

7. Right of Return

You have the right to return your purchase within 90 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened domes and filters cannot be returned unless defective.

If you ordered the wrong item, contact us and we’ll help you exchange it. We may offer a prepaid return label if applicable.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. We will refund the original payment method. If the product was faulty or incorrectly delivered, return shipping will be covered by us.

9. Warranty & Faulty Items

If a product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@japebo.fr. We will replace the product or offer a refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you experience any issues, please contact our customer support. We will do our best to resolve the matter. You may also contact the New Zealand Consumer Protection agency at consumerprotection.govt.nz.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
